From January 30 to February 19, Moscow will host the First APEC Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM1) and more than 20 related meetings. Delegates will discuss important issues on the forum agenda such as regional economic integration, healthcare, food security, and fighting corruption and terrorism. Speakers include experts from Russia and Asia-Pacific countries, as well as representatives of relevant international organizations including the UN, the World Bank, the WTO, the IMF, and others.

The series of events will culminate with the First APEC Senior Officials' Meeting on February 18-19, chaired by Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov.
